Business Development Specialist
Our growing company is looking for a Business Development Specialist to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients and partners.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs.
- Generate qualified sales leads by phone and email and set up trials.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Support customers through the initial on-boarding process.
- Preparing and submitting sales proposals and agreements.
- Maintaining clients records.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced in lead generation or sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Office applications.
